Once you know you can make safe and clear decisions faced with what may seem unsurmountable circumstances then you’ve got it figured out. I don’t train you for for good days, they’re a bonus. I train you to survive, thrive and flourish in extreme conditions; meaning that on that start line… 'You've got it covered'. I've learned all this, and you can too; whatever 'hard' you choose.

I have 30+ years of experience in health & wellness, including being the founder of #mentalhealthmile events, a grassroots, community event. I am also CEO of #LegItLancaster a North West, UK run-coaching community and a qualified and practising Sport Massage Therapist and Nutrition Advisor.

I continuously work on my own self-improvement, initiatives and challenges; to build on resilience and optimal health. If something doesn't exist to help others improve their own quality of life; I plan, invent and then deliver the service myself.
