Mental fitness, resilience, and drive will get you over the finish line, but it needs to be supported by a decent training block; and, most importantly being prepared ‘mentally’ for the worst. Once you know you can make safe and clear decisions faced with what may seem unsurmountable circumstances then you’ve got it figured out. I don’t train you for for good days, they’re a bonus. I train you to survive, thrive and flourish in extreme conditions; meaning that on that start line… 'You've got it covered'. I've learned all this, and you can too; whatever 'hard' you choose.

I continuously work on my own self-improvement, initiatives and challenges; to build on resilience and optimal health. If something doesn't exist to help others improve their own quality of life; I plan, invent and then deliver the service myself.
